Additional history that happened since the last application: Ike arrived at Smash Academy against his will and attended the school. The headmasters were insistent on his attendance, and he couldn't go home anyway. Might as well.
The school year went by slowly. Ike met a good number of people who shared his predicament, and his goal throughout the year was to find a way back home. Even after he graduated, Ike didn't have much luck in finding a way back to Tellius. It was during the arrival of the shadow bugs that Ike felt something off about his surroundings.
Strange, yes. But it was also too familiar. Somehow, Ike's walk across campus turned into a walk through a small town just outside of Arbor, where he was suddenly hit with a headache and a fusion of a year's worth of memories at Smash Academy and a simultaneous experience in Crimea.
Was that even possible?! Ike chose not to share his double memories with anybody, and kept them to himself. His memory of Smash Academy felt like a vivid dream.
A month or two later, Ike was left to his own devices in the middle of the night. He couldn't sleep, so he wondered if those memories of Smash Academy and of all those people he met were actually real. They felt real, that was for sure. On impulse, the commander decided to take a walk in the forest to sort out his thoughts.
As it turned out, thinking about Smash Academy was what would change the quiet forest into the bustling city, and before he knew it, Ike was walking among the flashy lights of Final Destination City at night. Just great.
When he arrived at the school, the headmasters would not budge on their unanimous decision to have him enrolled as a student. A senior. Again. Even though he already graduated. But he knew trying to leave the place wasn't going to go as planned, so he'd just have to do as they said.
Personality Changes: Ike was not apped from a different point in canon, and hasn't undergone any personality changes.

I know I've never been any good at keeping up with this network, but I figured I would make a post to say I'm back. I haven't been gone for long, I don't think. It still feels like it's been a while.
[Ike's not as keyed up as when he arrived the first time. He's calm, if not a tad exhausted.
A new emotion worms its way onto his face, one of mild irritation. He sighs.]
The headmasters re-enrolled me as a senior again. To be honest, the past year feels like a dream to me somehow. You all saw me graduate, right? I don't know what went wrong, but there was no getting through to them. I have to go through the same grade once more.
It's... not so bad. I came to term with a few things that have been bothering me when I made it back home. Now, I feel like I can focus on what I'm doing here better than before.
[He cuts narrating his thoughts short by dragging his eyes back to the lens of the camera quite deliberately, then focusing back on his computer screen.]
...Right. I'm back, and I'm ready to start this year all over again. That's... all I have to say. [Time to... shut this off. Yeah.]
In-Character 3rd person sample: HERE IS A LOG I DID on 11/29/13 and one on 4/24/14. I hope that works.
